Well, here I am at the end of Round 3 and in doing fitness tests, measurements and after photos, I am reflecting on what I have achieved and how I have changed over the last 12 weeks and indeed since I since I started this journey way back in June. I have lost over 7 kilos and about 8% of my body weight, this round alone I have lost 31.5cm from my body. I have improved my fitness test results by 49 seconds on my time trial and have gone down a jeans size. WOW! See my updated post from September 5th to see my latest after photo..the changes are finally visible!
